Objectives Participants deepen their perception and design skills with regard to formal and informal organizational structures. After successfully completing the course

  • participants know different perspectives on organizations and their structures and processes and can carry out organizational analyses;
  • understand organizations as complex systems and can critically reflect on the role of gender in the organization; and
  • know the basic principles and influencing factors of organizational design, understand common organizational design options and can apply them to their own work context.
