Objectives
Participants deepen their perception and design skills with regard to formal and informal organizational structures. After successfully completing the course
participants know different perspectives on organizations and their structures and processes and can carry out organizational analyses;
understand organizations as complex systems and can critically reflect on the role of gender in the organization; and
know the basic principles and influencing factors of organizational design, understand common organizational design options and can apply them to their own work context.
