Objectives Students are able to analyze, design, and realize services in various application domains. They have a deeper understanding in one specific application domain like electronic banking, electronic government, or they are familiar with more focused aspects like security threats, risk models, security vulnerabilities as well as appropriate countermeasures.
Subject Analysis, design and implementation of specific electronic service applications based on various technologies in domains like electronic banking, electronic government, electronic procurement, customer relationship management, electronic learning, security, etc.
Criteria for evaluation Final exam (50%), Assignments and active cooperation (50%). Accumulative subject examination.
Methods Classical lectures; Exercises in small groups to specific topics and technologies; Presentation, discussion and documentation of the group results.
Language German/English
Study material Study material for the lecture depends on the specific focus. Following is an example of literature with the focus on the security of services.
