| Objectives |
Students have an understanding of organizational models and processes of electronic and web-based services. They master technical foundations and standards of services. They know important technical solutions for the implementation of services, as well as important representatives of services in a commercial, industrial and consumer context.

Business models and processes, application service providing, enterprise application integration, distributed software architectures, communication services, communication protocols, communication formats, client/server technologies, frameworks and platforms; Vulnerabilities and security countermeasures, usability, web services, location services, collaboration services, mobile services.

Final exam (50%), Assignments and active cooperation (50%).
