Objectives Students are familiar with in-depth research literature from the field of work and organizational psychology. They deepen their understanding of the scientifically sound psychological analysis and evaluation of work tasks, working conditions, work equipment, organizational structures and environments to identify positive or negative effects on workers, especially against the background of current technology-related changes in the workplace. They learn about common work and organizational diagnostic instruments and reflect on how to evaluate analysis results according to criteria of personality- and health-promoting work and how to derive measures for work and organizational design.
