Objectives
The students have basic knowledge of the psychology of personnel and team development. They can describe and explain the experiences and behaviors of individuals in the work and organizational context, with a special focus on human development in the social context. Additionally, they deepen their understanding by incorporating related disciplines (e.g., education, sociology). The students are familiar with central theories, institutions, and methods in this field and have an overview of the state of the art in research and practice.
