Objectives |
The students have knowledge of the challenges evolving from digitalization and digital transformation. They are able to identify and discuss impacts of digitalization on companies and society. They can apply various frameworks to assess those impacts. The students know, which concepts exist to tackle those challenges in the context of international business and supply chain management. They have extensive knowledge of strategic concepts and the role of corporate responsibility to tackle impacts of digitalization and supply chain management.

The students have knowledge of impacts evolving from digitalization for companies and the society. They are able to identify ways to tackle these challenges from a companies’ point of view. They can discuss the main concepts related to these issues, in particular evolving from corporate responsibility and sustainability. Furthermore, they gain insights into the application of technology and the changes related within a company and along the supply chain.
