Ziele (*)The aims of the course are: (1) To provide a theoretical basis to understand the scope of arthropod-microbes interactions in nature. (2) To motivate students to explore the contribution of microbes in the biological systems they study. (3) To provide practical tools so they can design experiments including microbiome analysis and carry amplicon sequence analysis.
