Subject
Teaching the in-depth basics of electrical drives and their control (power electronics and control concepts).
In particular, direct current machines, synchronous machines (BLDC, BLAC, stepper motors) and asynchronous machines of fractional horsepower are covered.
Rectifiers, DC/DC converters and frequency converters are considered in particular for controlling these systems.
