Ziele |
(*)This lecture provides base knowledge of chemical reaction engineering. The course focuses on the quantitative evaluation of chemical reactions in ideal reactors.

(*)Physical and physicochemical basics of chemical reaction engineering (stoichiometry, thermodynamics, kinetics, adsorption/chemisorption, mass transfer), mass and heat balances, residence time behaviour, conversion calculations, dimensionless quantities, ideal reactors: batch reactor (BR), plug flow reactor (PFR), continuous stirred-tank reactor (CSTR), stirred tank cascade
