Objectives The students learn to understand how gender and diversity become meaningful categories in society, the labour market and specific organizations.

Subject Reflexion of stereotypes of gender and normalization processes in connection with age, origin,(dis-)ability or social status. Reflexion of equality and diversity strategies and management instruments regarding gender mainstreaming, equal opportunities and diversity.
Criteria for evaluation Contributions to discussion, group work and written exam.

Methods Lecture, reading, presentations, discussions, group work.
