| Objectives |
The students gain in-depth knowledge in the field of Procedural Justice. They have theoretical knowledge of legal negotiation and decision-making and can apply their methodological knowledge in practical exercises.

(*)Das Fach "Procedural Justice und Schlüsselkompetenzen" besteht aus folgenden Lehrveranstaltungen:
- KS Verhandeln (2 ECTS/2 SSt)
- KS Entscheiden (2 ECTS/2 SSt)
- KS Legistik (2 ECTS/2 SSt)
Die Studierenden erlangen vertiefte Kenntnisse im Fach Procedural Justice. Sie verfügen über theoretische Kenntnisse juristischen Verhandelns und Entscheidens und können ihr methodisches Wissen im Rahmen von Übungen anwenden.
