Objectives
In the elective law, knowledge in the areas of labor law, social law and European law is acquired or expanded, building on the bachelor's degree in socio-economics. The courses are intended as an introduction to these specific areas of law as well as the teaching of basic knowledge in the search for and application of relevant legal sources. In particular, the historical and future significance of these areas of law with regard to an overarching development of society that is characterized by sustainability and social justice is to be conveyed to the students.
