Objectives Introduction to the modeling and simulation of electromagnetic phenomena.
Subject Basic equations of electromagnetism, magnetostatic and -quasistatic approximation, relevant function spaces, Hodge-decomposition, saddlepoint theory, existence of weak solutions, finite elements for H(curl), solution of linear systems, nonlinear electromagnetics.
