Objectives The major objective for this seminar "Recent Progress in Surface and Nanoanalytics" is to train BSc., MSc., and PhD students in presenting their own experimental or theoretical findings, respectively literature results in a seminar (oral) form. The talks are either 45 mins. or 90 mins, including discussions.

Subject Out of the topics of ZONA and CDL-MS-MACH, are currently, e.g.
a) linear and nonlinear optical response of surfaces
b) properties of steels and steel coatings
c) theoretical modelling of material science questions.
