Objectives The students have expanded their strategic leadership competencies and developed their methodological competencies in strategic planning and implementation. They have deepened their knowledge in the areas of strategic leadership, change management, strategy process and stakeholder management.
  • Strategy tools and strategic management methods
  • Design of strategy processes in different contexts (incl. individual strategy processes)
  • Stakeholder-oriented strategic management
  • Strategic stakeholder analysis and in-depth analysis of selected stakeholder groups
  • Development and evaluation of strategic options
  • Fundamentals of management & functioning of organizations (Performance Core)
  • Behavior in organizations
  • Interaction between strategy, organization, personnel and leadership (Leadership)
  • Learning and change processes of organizations, change and the design of the development path (Change Management & Ambidexterity)
Further information Two of the four seminars "Change", "Leadership", Stakeholder Strategy" or "Strategy Process" have to be completed.
