Students acquire basic knowledge of organizational structures and behaviors. They will deal with central theories and models of the structuring of organizations, of organizational processes and of organizational behavior. The students are able to interpret the behavior of people in organizations within the framework of the theories dealt with and to draw conclusions for organizational design.
