(*)The aim of the course “Leadership Skills” is the reflection of experiences and theories in the field of leadership in order to strengthen their own leadership skills.
Students will be able to identify different leadership challenges and reflect upon their dynamics.
Upon successful completion of this course, students will possess advanced knowledge about different state-of-the-art leadership concepts and develop their own leader identity.
