Objectives	Students are familiar with fundamental theories and models in strategic and international management and know important management tools and methods. They are able to explain strategic and international topics along the strategy process. Furthermore, the students are able to transfer theoretical knowledge into practice.
Subject	Strategy and Strategic Management Strategic Analysis: Market and Environmental Analysis & Internal Analysis Strategy Formulation: Strategic Options & Strategic Decision Making Strategy Implementation & Strategic Change Models and theories of international management at the macro, organizational and individual levels.

Methods	Lecture combined with plenary discussions and group exercises; theoretical/conceptional input combined with short business cases
