Objectives 
At the end of the lecture, the participant should be able to work with Pseudodifferential operators / Fourier transform and apply/know certain techniques connected to them.

Subject 
Introduction to Pseudodifferential operators as an extension to classical differential operators and proofs of basic theorems concerned with them. The main tool is the Fourier transform which is also explored to a certain extent.

Criteria for evaluation 
Oral exam.
