Detailed information
Original study plan Master's programme Mechatronics 2022W
Objectives The objective is to gain a fundamental understanding for computer added controller design and to gain the ability to apply this approaches to complex dynamic systems based on sound mathematical ideas.

The level of the mathematical methods used to describe the dynamic systems, to design the control laws and to synthesize the control circuits corresponds roughly to that in the textbooks D.G Luenberger : Introduction to Dynamic Systems, John Wiley & Sons, 1979; D.G Luenberger : Introduction to Dynamic Systems, John Wiley & Sons, 1979; J.V. Jose , E.J. Saletan, Classical Dynmaycs a Contemporary Approach, Cambridge University Press, 1998.

Subject Mathematical basics for the modelling of dynamic systems, modeltypes. Introduction to optimal design methods based on norms. Introduction to linear programming. l1 optimal designs using linear programming. Design of H2 optimal sampling systems in the frequency domain, modelling of electrical networks, Langrange and Hamilton formalism.
