Fundamentals of packaging technology, terminology, tasks of packaging, protective function, requirements for food packaging, interaction of product/packaging, mass transfer between packaging and product: migration, permeation, law FCM: (VO 1935/2004, 2023/2006, 10/2011 etc.), quality assurance, packaging materials (plastics, biomaterials, paper/cardboard, metals), innovations (MAP, AIP), environmental aspects, convenience packaging
