Objectives
Application and achievement of in-depth knowledge of the contents of the corresponding lecture, especially with respect to typical CAD/CAM process chains as well as programming of modern CNC-machines.
Subject
Based on selected examples, significant steps of CAD/CAM process chains will be exercised, especially the programming of CNC manufacturing machines (lathes or milling machines) using 3D-CAD models, testing and simulation of the developed CNC-code as well as manufacturing on real CNC machines.
Criteria for evaluation
Personal participation, final report.
