Students are strengthened in their ability to behave effectively and cooperate in situations of cultural diversity.
Students gain practical experience of situational leadership skills.
Students are able to reflect critically on their experienced intercultural and group interactions.
Students learn how to solve real-life conflicts and receive support from the program coordinators.
Students learn to reflect on their interactions with other cultures using diary entries.
Students deal with gender issues and the compatibility of work and family in different cultures.
The practical experience gained allows students to critically examine the prevailing theoretical concepts of behaviour in the fields of leadership, motivation, learning and group behaviour, as well as intercultural literature.
This confrontation between theory and practice accompanies the entire part of the international interaction in the second year of study on an intensive level.
