Objectives The students gain basic knowledge in the subject of change and innovation management. Based on the understanding of organisations and organisational processes, the students deal with theories in the context of HR- (especially leadership-), team- and organisational development, the design of organisational learning processes and the management of change and innovation processes. The students are able to interpret learning and change processes in and of organisations against the background of the theories provided in the course and learn how to draw practical conclusions for organisational development.
