Objectives
The students have knowledge of the management process and the factors that influence behavior in organizations. Based on this knowledge students will learn how change processes can be designed and organizational learning can be supported through leadership and HRM.

The students have knowledge of the management process, organizational behavior, leadership, change management and organizational learning. They are able to understand processes of organizing and learning and how they can be influenced and supported by leadership and HRM. They can apply this knowledge to specific situations.
