Objectives
Students are familiar with fundamental theories and models in strategic and international management and know important management tools and methods. The students have knowledge of basic terms, concepts and models of marketing in a domestic and international context. Students have knowledge of core concepts in organization theory and organizational behavior. Students know how change processes can be designed and organizational learning can be supported through leadership and HRM. The students further have knowledge of the issues and challenges involved in cross-cultural business encounters .
Subject
The students have knowledge of fundaments of strategic and international management, marketing, organization theory and organizational behavior as well as the change process and organizational learning through leadership and HRM. The students further understand organizations as social systems and can differentiate organizational structures. They have an understanding of cross-cultural business encounters.
