Ziele (*)The course aims to prepare the students for management decisions in the face of global challenges. In order to achieve that, the students will broaden their perspective and become aware of the relations and impacts of institutional differences between countries and continents. These insights will enrich the students` understanding of how various influences determine organizational realities, in which they operate in. It provides students with an intellectual toolkit to better grasp important conditions for organizational success, struggle or failure.
