Ziele (*)The goal of this seminar is to sensitize students to the issues and challenges involved in cross-cultural encounters, such as interactions between managers and subordinates, between business partners with diverse backgrounds, in multicultural project teams, with a diverse workforce but also in society. Students will be confronted with “real” situations via simulations, case studies and critical incidents. This requires them to address problems conceptually and behaviourally, including the different understandings of culture.

The aim is to acquire the following skills: Awareness of various ways of thinking and behavior in different cultures Behavior in intercultural situations Acquire a global mindset
