Objectives The course aims to give students a psychological perspective on human behavior in the context of work, and to increase their knowledge about how psychological concepts and theories are applied to work and organizations.
Subject Psychological concepts and theories in the field of work and organizational psychology, e.g., work behavior, job satisfaction, motivation, stress and well-being in organizations, personnel selection and development, performance measurement, leadership, teamwork, communication and conflicts in organizations, organizational assessment and development
