Objectives Students are familiar with problems, models, concepts and methods of operations and supply chain management. They are able to formulate strategic, tactical and operational supply chain planning problems in a structured way and they are able to apply appropriate approaches to solve them.
Subject In this course, the theoretical concepts, models and algorithms discussed in “KS Operations and Supply Chain Management” are further elaborated and applied to case study style examples and exercises.
