Objectives Understand a behavioral approach to studying organizations and management and gain foundational knowledge in theories of organization, innovation, entrepreneurship and digital processing.

Learn to read, understand, and judge advanced research articles, thereby comprehending complex and ambiguous relationships as they appear in organizations and in management in general.

Understand how academic knowledge is produced and written.
