Objectives The students are able to structure current topics and approaches of strategic and market-oriented management with means of scientific methods. They are familiar with the necessary specific knowledge based on relevant scientific literature. The students are able to present their prepared oral and written content in a professional manner.

Criteria for evaluation Active participation throughout seminar, presentation, and written seminar report
Methods Teaching during the seminar will put an emphasis on learning systematic methods and tools for academic writing. Factual knowledge on a self-selected research question within one of three research streams (Open Strategy, Digital Transformation, Self-Reinforcing Dynamics) will be acquired through self-study.

Attainment of study and teaching objectives based on theoretical inputs, self studies, exercises in small teams, and in particular critical re-flexion and discussion.
