Objectives The colloquium serves the presentation of milestones and quality assurance of the dissertation projects. The lecture will be given by three professors at the same time.
Subject Subject is depending on dissertation projects.
Criteria for evaluation Evaluation and rating is based on presentation performance as well as on written reports quality. Details may vary and are given at the beginning of the coloquium.
Methods (*)Variieren je nach LV-Leitung. In der Regel stehen Präsentation und Diskussion einzelner Dissertationsvorhaben sowie damit verbundener theoretischer und/ oder methodischer Forschungsprobleme im Vordergrund.
Language (*)Deutsch, fallweise auch in englischer Sprache
Study material Study material depends on topics of. Students may use libraries of the faculty (Fachbereich) as well as digital libraries (e.g., acm, ieee, springerLink). In addition the library of „Betriebswirtschafts¬lehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik und Fachsprachen“ is available.

  • The colloquium teacher may - after consulting the related supervisors - use refereed and accepted papers dealing with aspects of the disseration project for the evaluation of max. two colloquia.
