Ziele The continuously unfolding research field of Pervasive and Ubiquitous Computing will be presented based on key research issues and contributions, the principle methods of system design and development, the state-of-the art of technology and the potential domains of application.
Lehrinhalte Historical roots, vision and paradigms; enabling technologies for identification, positioning, localization and tracking; wireless communication, sensor/actuator systems, system architectures for networked embedded systems; systems software and middleware, system design for context-awareness, coordination, unobtrusiveness and multimodal interaction; ethnographic,social, legal, security and privacy issues.
