Objectives The elective subject "Process Technologies and Modelling" provides additional competences in the fields of technologies and modelling of polymer processing on an advanced level with a special focus on polymer injection molding, polymer extrusion and compounding. Special attention is given to support and complete the courses in the core compulsory subject.
Subject The elective subject "Process Technologies and Modelling" contains in particular the following sub-groups of courses:

- Rheology and Transport Phenomena,
- Polymer Injection Moulding,
- Polymer Extrusion and Compounding,
- Polymer Product and Process Development and
- Further selected Topics in Polymer Processing.
