Objectives |
The aim of the group of courses "Management Basics" is to provide basic knowledges of management, marketing, finance, accounting and taxation for the students of this study program.

Subject |
Introduction to organizational behavior and human resource management, marketing and international management (Management and Marketing). Understanding of individual and group behavior within an organization, leadership, power questions and group processes. Practical application of marketing techniques and the management of marketing resources and activities.
Introduction to finance, accounting and taxation (Finance, Accounting, Taxation). Understanding of corporate finance, managerial and financial accounting as well as corporate taxation.
