(*)Die Studierenden lernen globales strategisches Management als Teil der Unternehmensführung kennen. Sie erfahren Strategien und Theorien im Umgang mit Komplexität und erkennen die Bedeutung von Corporate Entrepreneurship und Innovationen. Weiters beschäftigen sie sich mit Rechtsfragen der Unternehmensführung und lernen Konzepte zur Entwicklung eines internationalen Business Plans kennen und anwenden.
