Objectives Students will focus on basic moderation techniques and how to apply them independently and efficiently. Students will learn a number of various intervention strategies to influence organizations and critical reflection.
Subject Methods and techniques to manage groups efficiently, attain results, successfully guide groups by implementing visualization techniques, supporting dedication and creativity, training presentation and moderation behavior incl. feedback, various intervention methods, evaluating the applicability of intervention methods in situational contexts, recognizing the complexity of intervention methods in situational contexts, intervention planning.
Criteria for evaluation In order to create a more open learning environment, grades will be awarded on a "pass / fail" basis.
