Original study plan Bachelor's programme Business and Economics 2016W
Objectives Students will learn more in-depth about planning tasks and methods of operational production and logistic management. By working on examples, case studies and business games, students will improve their problem-solving skills and learn how to create possible solutions.
Subject Introduction to operational production and logistic management; MPR II - concept (Manufactoring Resource Planning); aggregated production and resource planning; production program planning; material requirements planning and lot size planning; new concepts in scheduling and capacity planning; just-in-time and KANBAN; cross-company coordination in the flow of material and goods (Advanced Planning and Scheduling)
