Ziele The course aims to familiarize students with today’s increasingly global and virtual business world. In other words, the course explores new media, new forms of communication and the different skills and abilities required for virtual meetings as opposed to face-to-face communication. With the help of web conferencing systems and blended learning designs, students will become familiar with these tools, hone their skills, learn more about the challenges involved when working in a virtual environment (e.g. virtual communication, trust, isolation, leadership, culture and so on), and experience them first-hand in class.
