                      | Objectives | The course aims to provide students with an understanding of theoretical concepts and field tasks pertaining to start-up organizations. Students will learn to critically reflect on individual measures in regards to start-up management processes. Moreover, students will be in a position to successfully develop individual steps needed to create and develop a business (business planning). | 
                      
                    
                      | Subject | The course focuses on problems associated with the creation and development of a business as well as the support of entrepreneurial behaviour within an existing businesses (intrapreneurship). Key topics include the integrated financial planning process, the development of a marketing plan, and the change management process during early phases of developing a start-up company. | 
                                                            
                    
                      | Criteria for evaluation | 1 Written examination 100% Students must earn a minimum of 50% of total points available on the written exam.
