Subject (*)Immuno-electron microscopy with traced and untraced antibodies and their applications. Kryomethods in biological electron microscopy. Electron tomography. Visualisation of biological macromolecules. Autoradiography. Picture analysis, 3D reconstruction in electron microscopy. Morphometry and stereology. Electron microanalysis (quality, quantity) biological objects. Correlative microscopy. Electron diffraction and its application in biology. New microscopy techniques (STM, AFM) and their biological applications.
