Detailed information
Original study plan Bachelor's programme Mechatronics 2015W
Objectives Students should be in a position to sufficiently master theoretical base knowledge covered during the corresponding lectures and be able to design parts and component assemblies for machines.
Subject Computational methods for the dimensioning and stress analysis of the most common machine elements, simple design tasks, abstraction from the level of mechanical engineering drawings to the mathematical models of mechanics
Criteria for evaluation Accurancy and correctness of homework assignments Results of two calculative tests Results from homework assignments: two graphics
Methods Weekly exercises in designated groups, tasks will be assigned one week in advance (via KUSSS download), solved tasks will be marked in a list and each week, randomly selected students will be asked to demonstrate the assignment on the blackboard.
