Objectives Students possess fundamental knowledge from social psychology and organization theory explaining human behavior in work contexts as well as the functioning and structuring of organizations. They are capable of translating this knowledge into competent lines of argument, linking it to their own life experience, and taking a critical stance toward it. Aided by various forms of experiential learning offered during a training workshop, students have reflected and advanced their skills for successfully operating within and shaping one chosen complex social context, specifically groups and teamwork or cross-cultural cooperation.
