Objectives
Students will come to understand performance influenced factors in web information systems. They will learn techniques in performance modeling and measuring and acquire experience in implementing corresponding tools.
Subject
Automation of accessing pages (incl. forms and AJAX, test frameworks). Systematic testing, evaluating results, suggestion of improvement incl. input use estimation (such as caching, compression, load balancing mechanisms, distribution on various levels, accelerating browser renderings).
