Objectives Participants should: Understand consulting as a special service as well as analyze and understand interactive and integrative process.
Know and evaluate various consulting services and -concepts.
Acquire knowledge of the structures, previous developments and trends of the consulting Market (focus on Austria and Germany).
Gain insights into the process of consulting projects and deal extensively with consulting management in terms of design consultancy projects.
Better knowledge and the Ability to evaluate Consulting tools and apply them on the basis of a case study.
