Objectives Drawing on both courses „Social Impacts of IT“ and „Introduction to Society, Gender and Diversity in Information Technology“, this subject addresses advanced aspects in social and gender issues of ICT.
Subject Digital Divide, Big Data, Privacy, Social Networks, ICT Culture, Gender and Equality Issues, De-Gendering ICT, etc.
Criteria for evaluation Participation in 75% of the course units; literature research, presentation, handout, and seminar paper.
