Objectives
The students know information and communication technology and recent developments in the area of database systems, particularly of Data & Web Engineering. They learn the functionality of knowledge-based systems, and are able to develop and implement database systems by interdisciplinary teamwork. Furthermore, the students are able to recognize trends in Data & Knowledge Engineering in order to adapt their working process to new scientific findings.
