Objectives Understanding the fundamental laws of electromagnetic fields and their relation to problems found in electrical engineering.

  • Electrostatic and Magnetostatic Fields
  • Quasistationary Fields (Inductors, Capacitors)
  • Transient Analysis of Electrical Networks
  • Basic Electrodynamics
Criteria for evaluation Written examination including theory and calculations, subsequent oral exam (if written examination has been passed).
The final grade will be awarded based on the results of both examinations.
