Objectives |
Students are competent to play any responsible role in service development projects. They are able to assess their own current knowledge (methods, concepts, problemsolving approaches, etc.) in service engineering based on their own experiences in a practical context.

Subject |
Implementation and practical testing of the knowledge gained in the modules service engineering and, where appropriate, advanced service engineering in a project with due complexity and under the application of techniques of leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, team organization, communication, and moderation.

Further information |
Team-oriented implementation of a service development project under the instruction of an experienced developer. As a preparation for project execution, training sessions will be offered at the beginning of the lecture. Core themes vary from semester to semester.
